Cancellations and No-Shows

Gravity Spa understands that life throws you curve balls!  But if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, do your best to give us a day’s notice.   Gravity Spa is unique in that our staff is coming in specifically for you!  Whether you are floating or getting a massage, our employees are only there if you’re scheduled to be there. (That’s why walk-ins aren’t usually accepted).  Canceling the day of your appointment or not showing up for a scheduled appointment, will go on record and a 25% deposit will be taken upon booking your next appointment. Please understand, upon your second offense, you will be charged 25% of your appointment.  If you have already had 2 offenses, we will require a full deposit upon booking.

Arriving Late

We know we’re in a tricky location. That’s why we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment time if it is your first visit to Gravity Spa. This allows time to sip a beverage, fill out your client form, and shower if you are floating. If your appointment starts late, we may take time off your appointment to be fair to appointments scheduled after you.

Groups of 4 or More

50% deposit is required upon booking. To cancel, 1 week notice is required for a full refund of your deposit. Half of your deposit will be returned if you cancel with more than a day’s notice. Canceling the day of your appointments will cause you to forfeit your entire deposit.  Because groups of 4 or more usually require special staffing arrangements and have limited availability, we ask that changes to the appointments are also made at least a week in advance.
