Floats
Let your muscles say goodbye to gravity while you float in your own personal room. 1000 lbs of epsom salts, 10 inches of water, darkness, and silence are the perfect recipe to recharge your body, mind, and spirit.
Thai Bodywork Sessions
Try it out! Unlike standard massage, clients are fully clothed and the session is done on a comfortable floor mat. You relax while Lacey compresses and stretches you. This is extremely helpful for mobility, tight muscles, posture, and more. An hour isn’t enough time for a well-rounded session. 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions available.
Cupping
So effective! This definitely isn’t for the faint of heart. Your skin will be left with “cup kisses,” but its totally worth how great you’ll feel the next day!
Corporate Chair Massage
New! Have an office party coming up or just want to treat your employees? Booking this means a massage therapist will work for 90 minutes, take a 30 minute break, then massage for another 90 minutes. We will reach out to the person booking for further details. We will not come to private residences and this price does not include a tip.
Float and Massage Packages
Choose from these packages or pair any of our massages with any float for a fifteen dollar discount. *We book the services 15 minutes apart to allow stress-free transition time.
Lymphatic Drainage
This is NOT a massage. This treatment is often helpful to reduce swelling due to lymphedema and is sometimes recommended by your doctor after surgeries. Anthony & Karisse are both available for 30 or 60 minute sessions. If you need a series of sessions, 3-packs are available also.
Swedish Massage
“I just want a regular, full-body massage…” If this is what you’re thinking, then here’s your winner! Swedish massage relieves your muscles, improves circulation, and leaves you feeling relaxed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Give attention to certain painful, stiff “trouble spots” in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin.
